Reservation request

Camping and tenting is at your own risk. This also applies in particular to typical forest
dangers.

 

For group requests (from 5 adults / 4 youngsters and up), please go to https://elbecamp.de/en/meeting-at-the-elbecamp .

We kindly ask you to use our registration form for your reservation request. This is the only way to ensure that a place is available for you. If the reservation is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The automatic sent e-mail is not yet a confirmation.

From 5th of July 2024 until 06th of August are only a few spaces of 2 – 4 days left.

Please note that from 3 October 2024 we will no longer place caravans in the sand near the Elbe. Until the end of the season on 31 October, caravans will spend the time on sites with solid ground adjacent to mobile homes. This decision has to do with the increased risk of storm surge and flooding and our location.

All of this data is maintained manually, so any gaps can also be booked out at short notice.

Due to high demand, no further requests for long term pitches can be considered.

Please be patient, we will accept or reject your booking. Please check frequently your Spam-Folder, our answer might be sortet out automatically. After our confirmation, this reservation is binding for both parties, we refer to our cancellation policy for mobile homes and caravans:

The following cancellation conditions apply to motorhomes and caravans:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (electronically desirable)
  • If you do not show up without canceling, we will charge the first day in full
  • Cancellations on the day of arrival result in a cancellation fee of € 30
  • Cancellations from 7 days before the day of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of € 15
  • Cancellations up to 8 days before the day of arrival are free of charge

Without reservation, we cannot guarantee to provide a pitch!

    We cannot guarantee a digital satellite reception at your reserved pitch.
    We can only offer a few pitches where you can extend your mobile home with an awning or tent. Please select the awning in the „sub rental category“, so we can plan ahead a little better.

    We cannot guarantee a digital satellite reception at your reserved pitch. If your motorhome is longer than 7,50m, please fill out to Comments section with more details to your vehicle. The Price for the total length of more than 7,51m is calculated upon arrival with the cost of the motorhome and overlength per meter.

    We cannot guarantee a digital satellite reception at your reserved pitch. Your car cannot be parked next to your caravan. For your car is a parking spot included with the reservation of a pitch for a caravan. The Price for the total length is calculated upon arrival with the cost of the caravan and overlength per meter.

    Your car cannot be parked next to your tent, please choose the correct categorie for a Parking Spot. If your car and tent must share a pitch, please change the Main Rental Category to a motorhome and add from the Sub Rental Category a tent. We draw attention to the fact that electricity at your tent is prohibited due to the current regulations of Hamburg Fire Department. Small electric equipment can be charged up in outside-plugs in the Café.
